Studio Unbothered provides AI-first design and web development services, including brand identity, websites, and related creative work. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any engagement will be set out separately in a proposal, statement of work, or agreement between us and the client.
3. Use of the website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this site by anyone else. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its related systems.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Studio Unbothered or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, unless otherwise stated. For client projects, ownership and licensing of deliverables will be defined in the applicable project agreement.
5. Payments and fees
Fees for services are agreed upon in advance as part of a project proposal or contract. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within the timeframe specified at the time of engagement. Late payments may affect project timelines.
6. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and access needed to complete a project. Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines and deliverables.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Unbothered will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a project will not exceed the fees paid for that project.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the applicable project agreement. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for fees owed for work completed up to that point.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
